Learn the art of bellydance for fun and fitness. Bellydance provides a whole body workout, no matter your level of athletic ability. Beginners welcome. Last semester, these classes were super popular and filled quickly. Campuses are closed March 16-20 for Spring Break.

Our class is designed to cover the administration of medications through nasogastric and gastrostomy tubes, as well as through oral inhalers/nebulizers. It includes both skills lab training and practical experience. This 2-hour to teach you the essential skills and strategies for a range of potential emergencies. Learn to create a comprehensive family emergency plan, how and what to assemble in an emregency kit, and some basic self-protection tactics.

Express yourself in art and conversation! In this hands-on class, create a small suncatcher while enjoying fun, laughter, and the joy of seeing a beautiful product in the end.  

Required: Bring two different colored pieces of glass which can be purchased at Hobby Lobby in the stained glass section.

Our Driver Education program meets the State of Oklahoma requirements of ten hours of classroom instruction and six hours of behind-the-wheel driving.

Classroom instruction will prepare each student for the written permit test.

Behind-the wheel driving will be scheduled after the classroom instruction has been completed.

Our Driver Education Deluxe program is designed to provide instruction for those who need more time to practice.  This class provides ten hours of classroom instruction and ten hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction in 5-2 hour sessions.

Classroom instruction will prepare each student for the written permit test.

Behind-the-wheel driving will be scheduled after the classroom instruction has been completed.

You can join the instructor from home or if you lack a computer or stable Internet access, please inform us, so we can set you up on campus to participate.

Join us for a social experience where you can produce a complete piece of artwork to take home. Our instructor will lead you through each step of the painting process, all while you savor some sweet tea or lemonade. The emphasis is on enjoyment rather than achieving technical profieciency.
