Medication Administration Tech (MAT)

The MAT certification is aimed at people looking for fast, specialized training without the need to become a nursing assistant. It's specifically for caregivers in certain settings, such as group homes or those involved in developmental disability services (DDS). This certification is mandatory for anyone working in group homes and residential care who is responsible for administering or overseeing medication.

Phlebotomy

Our 8 week training program covers all the essential skills and knowledge needed for a certified Phlebotomy Technician, such as venipuncture, safety measures, and handling biohazards. It prepares you for the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) exam. The skill labs include 40-100 live draws during class or clinical experience.

This program is crafted to equip you with the essential knowledge regarding the skills that pharmacy technicians should possess. You will explore the history, terminology, laws, and standards that govern the profession. Furthermore, you will gain insights into how to categorize drugs, perform conversion calculations, distinguish between various types of medications, and get ready for the PTCB certification exam.Required: High school diploma or GED. Long-Term Care Nurse Aide (LTCNA) - Day
