Designed for beginners and those seeking to improve their bread-making skills, this class focuses on the fundamentals of bread baking, from understanding ingredients and techniques to achieving consistent results.

Discover the functioning of a digital camera, the process of transferring photos to the computer, and the techniques of editing uing various tools. You will embark on a walking field trip around the campus to capture photographs, return to share your work, and subsequently learn how to adjust colors, retouch imgages, and correct common errors to produce more beautiful images. Required: digital camera.

Where do you begin? Medicare can be confusing but it doesn’t have to be. Learn about the basics of Medicare parts A, B, C, D and Medigap.

This class is designed to provide you with a basic understanding of the Social Security system. The class will cover the history, structure, and functioning of Social Security, including eligibility, benefits, and the application process. By the end of this class, you will be equipped with basic knowledge to navigate and utilize Social Security benefits effectively.

Deadline for class enrollment is Jan. 29, 2026 and must be paid in full at that time.

Discover the do’s and don’ts to obtain your Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification in this 12 hour class. Review how to inspect and maintain your UAS (Unmanned Aircraft System) for optimal performance and safety. FAA written exam fee not included in tuition.

Prep for the CLEET Phase IV Armed Security Guard test. Required: Completion of Phase 1 & 2 certification and MMPI test, a full-size handgun & holster made for that gun. Our Driver Education program meets the State of Oklahoma requirements of ten hours of classroom instruction and six hours of behind-the-wheel driving.

Classroom instruction will prepare each student for the written permit test.

Behind-the wheel driving will be scheduled after the classroom instruction has been completed.
