EMT class prepares you to provide emergency medical care in critical situations. You’ll learn essential lifesaving skills, patient assessment, and emergency response techniques through hands-on training and real-world scenarios.

The MAT certification is aimed at people looking for fast, specialized training without the need to become a nursing assistant. It's specifically for caregivers in certain settings, such as group homes or those involved in developmental disability services (DDS). This certification is mandatory for anyone working in group homes and residential care who is responsible for administering or overseeing medication.

Our 8 week training program covers all the essential skills and knowledge needed for a certified Phlebotomy Technician, such as venipuncture, safety measures, and handling biohazards. It prepares you for the American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) exam. The skill labs include 40-100 live draws during class or clinical experience.

There is a great demand for school bus drivers! Our 40-hour course is a state-approved training program for school bus driving that equips you to complete the CDL B pre-trip inspections and driving test, as mandated by the state.

Required: Valid driver's license, at least 18 years old, no prior felonies in the past 10 years, CDL Class A with Passenger and School Bus endorsements or Class B permit with air brakes, general knowledge, passenger and school bus endorsement and a completed 300 DLS form from DPS at least 1 week before class starts.

Come along and discover the traditional lead came method used by Louis Comfort Tiffany to create breathtaking stained glass artworks. This hands-on class is available for all to join. Attendees will have the chance to make their very own stained glass panel while gaining knowledge in preparation, glass cutting, soldering, and the art of putting together and fastening glass pieces with lead channels.    

Required:  3-5 pieces of different colored glass that can be purchased at Hobby Lobby     

Get hands-on with digital photography! Learn how your camera works, transfer your photos to a computer, and explore fun editing tools. Take a walking photo adventure around campus, then come back to enhance your shots—adjust colors, touch up images, and fix common mistakes to make your photos shine.;">Required: digital camera.

Feeling nervous about a flickering light switch or dead outlet? It's completely normal, but it doesn't have to stay that way. In this class, learn how to safely and confidently tackle common household electrical issues.  Our instructor will touch on the most crucial aspect which is safety first, then he will dicuss fundamentals, basics of voltage, current, resistance, power and how to use You Tube videos to help cut down the cost of repairs you can handle yourself.  Safety is the key!
